Re: Multiple Teams in Franchise Mode

@Hotrod2006

If you want to play a season with your daughter make sure you add more user teams after you originally start it up. It's under Options at the Franchise menu (see screenshot)

If you're playing on the same console and save file, you'll want to select offline franchise.

If she plays on a different Gamertag/PSN ID, connected/online franchise is how you can add her Gamertag/PSN ID to the franchise.

    This option wasn't exactly what I had in mind.  With this you can add a user but they have to either be a Coach or play as only 1 player.  We want the 2nd player to be able to take full control of a 2nd Team just as I control the 1st Team.   My Daughter was only able to play as the Quarterback of her Favorite Team but was unable to play Defense or even special teams and not able to control the Receivers/Running Backs/Tight Ends.  If the option to set a 2nd player with full control of another team under the same Franchise save is there I did not see it.

  • Normally, choosing "Coach" is what allows you to control the entire team, as well as every player on field in the game. There's a setting under "league settings" before you start a franchise that says "full on-field control" which SHOULD allow you to control all the players.

    I find it odd for the game to work this way. Worst come to worst, just choose "coach" for your daughter and see how that works. I know that in years past I always chose "coach" and have always controlled my entire team while playing. I'm starting one now to see if this works, and hopefully it does. I normally start with multiple teams to fully customize fantasy drafts so I do a lot of trading after the draft is over. Again, if you're still having trouble, just choose "coach" and hope it works.

    Also system did not allow us to play head to head in our franchise on the same system.

    You can try an offline league, then go to user management that will allow you to add more coaches or teams with the same user
