Same thing is happening to my account as well. Any update on a fix?
It's almost Dec and I'm about done I bought a blitz pack bundle and the packs went into my 2200 packs. I'll assume this won't be fixed. Done with your crappy product. Almost every pack I earned just goes into the void of unaccessible packs. Well this will save me thousands a year. You should all be ashamed.
My account has the same thing almost 2500 packs and no way too open them or even just get too that screen it’s just really annoying and makes me not wanna play the game at all. Mine has been stuck like that for 3 months it’s really annoying that it seems like no one has gotten it resolved so disappointing. It really just makes me feel like they don’t even wanna fix it for players at this point
They can fix it if they want to.

I'll push this to the top again. Maybe by Madden 23 you will fix it and if not fixed soon I won't be buying Madden 23. I'll keep the thousands I spend and buy something else. Maybe some 2k games

So I lost many zero chill packs . A opp Calvin now all my gifts are into the abyss. Seriously ef you and your company and your game. This is not how you treat customers period especially high spenders. I waited for these gifts now lost. Never buying your products again.u should all rot from the money you stole from me .
Did you look under "unopened packs"? Presents switching from binder into these.
