Re: My account was hacked email changed and i got banned

how can i use live chat?i live in portugal i message them 2 times first message on 18/08/2023 sencond one too i still no got any answer from them my accout still suspended banned and they did not revert to my email accout sweet-boy-1505@hotmail and they even not email me i dont know what to do please help

    @bruno1505  I don't know if live chat is available in Portugal or not. If it is not then you need to wait until they email you back.

  • The big question is they if they email me they will email for the current email?wich is the hacker one or they will email me for the email that i always had on my EA account and was changed wich is sweet-boy-boy-1505@hotmail,com

    Im astonishing with such a big company as EA is,don't have a solution to solve my problem,im stucked on this situation and between a hacker and EA,now if they will never email me with a answer. or never answer on EA hlpe site like many people says on other fóruns they don't care who dit or whos fault they simple ignore people and don't give a * about it.

    Such a worlwide know company as EA there must be a solution if are answer me trying to help wich i appreciate a lot thank you very much,why you dont contact EA and explain my problem since you belong to EA,the phone number on my country they change it and says to go to eahelp.com i would apppreciate any help once again please

    I think they send email for the hacker email

    I'm in this situation, my account was hacked and banned, and EA can't write my main email back, and I make 3 cases for my problem and 0 answer in email(my main email that I wrote in the f* cases, and they do nothing about them)

  • I feel you very well bro how such a big company like these can harm so many innocent players/people is outstanding,ive been see in the fóruns all over the internet people in the same situation oh  EA can be so sh.it to the consumers they should pay for this,they should be forced to solve all these situations is to many cases im so angry with this,unfortunatly for them we are just numbers i really hope EA goes down for good banrupt shut down for good and forced to sell they IP'S this is not admissible

    worst company ever.

    @bruno1505  @SPE-ATOM  As long as you provided as much information and evidence about the hack on your accounts they should be able to reverse the ban and get your accounts back to you both.

    However, considering how one sided the appeal process is and that there is a lack of transparency, direct communication, or in some cases due process there is no telling what they are doing behind the scenes when investigating bans or account violations. 

    I was banned back on June 7th even thou I had not logged into my account since May 20th so honestly I feel your frustration when it comes to having your account being banned.

    And also I don't work for EA to clear any misunderstanding between us.

  • Excuse me but once my email was changed  my account hacked how i can prove that?theres no way information yeah sure i can share pretty much a lot,first thing if you search on google the current email it doesnt exist,second, im active on nfs unbound,battlefield 2042,fifa 23 and on apex legends i also buy apex coins for the battlepass,here is the thing why on earth i woud change my email account do sh.it to get banned in first place?with a 15 years old account with hundreds of progress in each game do you think that makes sense to you?and even if it was me,when i was not i would contact EA help to unban me?thats totallly nonsense,why i would ruin a so old account with so many games,just because?i dont think so mate.

    I tell you more if EA wasn't lazzy they have tools to check all activity in each account,if they do a little research they will find out the email was changed on other location,the things that the hacker did was from different location,its so much pretty easy to target and find out the true,now the most worry and concern thing to me is if they so strick to they policy and terms,how they allow somebody changed my email account without confirmation code,wich i never get it on my email,thats a very serious issue right there a big fail from EA thats allows somebody to compromise our account,you know if this goes to court they will loose for sure theres no way such a company like these could allow such thing and to harm so many people EA accounts.

    Sorry for the long text mate i dont want bother you,but the thing is if EA had good will to solve each people account problem we would never get to this point.

    If they want is not even need give them information they have tools for it,they simple don't want to go work out on it,its so desrespectfull,for some reason they were considered for 3 consutive years the worst company in the world,thats why they keep sinking each year that passes,the only things that hold em right now is fifa and apex legends they are at the edge of the cliff and about to sink fthemselfs for good

    @bruno1505  Sorry for being late about this. You should be able to check your data log entries for information that is related to your EA account. Things like IP addresses, locations, dates, times, email changes, etc. That should help with proving that someone else had gained access to your account.

    As for the confirmation code is it possible that your email was compromised at some point or that you didn't enable 2F authentication for your EA account? These are usual the reasons why hackers can gain access to an EA account without the users knowledge.

    EA for some reason are very strict on account violations even when it is not the users fault. I've seen cases where people's accounts were still banned even when they showed proof that they were hacked so unless they changed the way we can directly contact the Terms of Services team I don't see how we can convince them when dealing with complex issues like these since contacting them by email and receiving generic emails in return with a 3 appeals rule applied seems very flawed to me.

  • yes i did but you have to explain everything to EA and send like 3 ou 4 messages
