I am having a similar download error on Xbox One with REAL2019 custom roster. I can successfully download all other shared files and was able to download this file last week. Nothing has changed on my end and have followed suggestions provided by EA Support to no avail.
Won’t start my franchise without this roster which leaves this game as unplayable until this is fixed.
Custom roster are seen as custom content created by the author. Sometimes it can get corrupted when uploading and the only thing that can be done is to delete and upload it again. @justinbfey EA support does not provide support on custom content. you will have to wait for the Author to reupload the roster if you want that roster.
Ahh well that is a different story. you may have a firewall on your router preventing you from downloading it. Or if you remember the roster is it possible to create one just like it?
