Alright so I contacted the adviser for a third time and once again they can't do anything about it apparently. They said I received the pack five months ago, but can't verify if I received the card or not. I probably did receive the pack, but I definitely never received the card. It's nowhere in my collection or in a set. I don't know if it can be quicksold (if it can maybe I'm at fault and accidentally sold it, but I don't think I would have done that) and I don't think I can auction it so it's only logical I didn't receive it. They say that they can't give me the card though, I just find it a little hard to believe. Like a team captain is pretty important to the game and to just not receive it kinda hurts not gonna lie. If you can provide any help that would be greatly appreciated.
