Re: Online Franchise Reverting Back to Previous Save Point

I am in a four person online league.  We did a Fantasy Draft just fine about a month ago.  We then went through the 2023, 2024 seasons with no problems.  We also went through the 2023 & 2024 rookie drafts with no issues.  We were at week 15 when the latest patch was released.   One head-to-head game in week 16 was completed, weekly tasks were completed BUT then both the games and the tasks disappeared and the Cloud save reverted to the beginning of week 16.  Got thru week 17 and then got through the entire post season.  We got through the entire 2025 rookie draft and preseason only to have the game reverted to the 1st round of the draft when we got to week one of the regular season.  We tried to redo the draft 8 times with varying success.  We then "simmed" the entire draft and the preseason only to have it revert to week one of the draft again.

Considering our fantasy draft and multiple seasons of rookie drafts were fine pre-latest patch and then failed post patch... it's definitely an issue with the patch.

    @SaviDad Very strange , I was in the exact same place you were and now it has been working again and not reverting back to the draft anymore. Do you play on Xbox or PlayStation?

    @Abwalkindown PS5 Explain how it is working now? Did you get through the draft without timeouts or something?

    @SaviDad I got through the first round and simulated the rest. It just finally saved my progress so I was happy to finally play again without it going back to the draft again. I’ll let you know how the next draft goes coming up.

    I'm on Xbox, still having the same problem. I've made it all the way to 3rd game of the regular season and then it reverts me back. This past time it wouldn't let me play game 4 because it said the game was no longer available. Once I reloaded, I was back at the 5th round of the draft...

    It is doing the same to me and been doing it for weeks how is this not fixed yet EA?

    Also experiencing issues.  does anyone know

    how to get a refund?  Direct thru PS5 store or thru EA?

    I’m in the 2027 draft and no issues now, made it through the whole draft just fine. Everyone’s bugs must be getting worked out in their own time. It’s very strange but my seasons have been going fine ever since I told you there wasn’t anymore issues. I know everyone is different so hopefully everyone will get back to normal here and enjoy their madden seasons again!

    Hopefully it stays that way for you. However, it let me through one time on my current franchise after getting stuck. Just for 2 seasons later to be back to this crap again. They need to put out a statement or something this is ridiculous and shouldn't just be swept under the rug.
