Re: Pretty disappointing when you have to call 4 weeks in a row to get your rewards

It's also great that I am a ea subscriber and I'm locked out of the challenges on MUT.

    I understand that's not ideal to contact our Support team for monthly EA Play rewards. It's impacting more players than yourself and we're working on getting it addressed.


    We've raised the issue with EA Play Challenges remaining locked for players to the team. We've seen this fix once another Solo Challenge is played.

    If you're missing any rewards via in-game, playing another Solo Challenge can help push rewards from a prior Solo Challenge through. 

    Still missing rewards? Contact our Support team and they'll help grant them to you.

    @EA_Blueberry Been with ea play since it came out.... have gotten 0 packs. Who do i ask for help? Cuz posting on here has done nothing. Contacting EA directly sends me here....yay for complete and utter incompetence!

    @EA_Blueberry I have never and will never use that effing POS called twitter. Its a GD insult that im expected to install tracking software to contact the LACK OF SUPPORT that exists in place of effibg competence from Electronic fArts

    Our Live-Chat and Phone Support can be reached below. I'm under the assumption that is what you've tried already. Our Support team is able to add EA Play packs to an account once they can verify you're an active member. I'm sorry if you've had some trouble getting them added to your account, perhaps an EA Advisor needed additional training. Feel free to show them this post if you need to if there is any pushback.     @EA_Blueberry I have tried calling. Multiple times over 3 weeks. I returned the game to Amazon. Can't deal with this broken POS and the complete and total LACK of support. [Removed - CM]
