Why did my trial expire after quitting out of the game and quitting out of it on quick resume. I played for 3 hours and my trial says its already over. I play on the series X and see many people with the same issue. I feel like the game really never shutdown after closing out of it all.

Workaround:

Yes, that is what I did, quit game using Manage & quit from home and shut down console. Turned console on and apparently Timer expired! Could not start game anymore.
@EA_KRAELO hi mate thanks for the update , that’s exactly what I did , it was 1am in Scotland I was going to bed I quit the game , check the quick resume thingy and shutdown my Xbox , also done the same on the Friday supposed to be working jumped on for an hour then quit etc and shut down my series x , I still lost 7 hours , my Xbox achievements shows I played for 2 hours and 53 minutes , any additional help would be great , can EA not just open the trial for Sunday all day and close it at midnight US time and you guys can determine the time zone to choose , I’m in Scotland and I would be fine with that , it would appease your customers and show good will which as of now has been lacking as I’m sure you will agree thanks Mike
