I definitely get the frustration. I know I would feel the same if I lost access to my account. There's a ton of history there that I'd hate to lose due to having to start over on a new account. Unfortunately, that's the case at this time. Hopefully, this changes in the future and we have new methods for recovering an account you no longer have access to the email for.
Then why can’t the advisors offer that solution and not pass me off to another department? Why isn’t there a link between EA and PlayStation for each to talk to each other to confirm verification for an account that has been hacked?
All this technology with playing online against someone across the globe but can’t simply verify an ID between companies doesn’t make sense! (Venting)
- @abcQ6S97QLhM6j Were you able to find any solution on this? I am not even able to open a case with support on this. Pretty frustrating.
