Please reach out to our Live-Support team at Help.EA.com in order for them to look into this request for you. Transferring points from an older EA title to a newer one is a procedure I cannot guarantee as there is an in-game prompt in Madden 20 asking whether you want to transfer points over from 19 (this prompt will ask you to transfer now, ask me later, or do not transfer points). 

Reaching our Live-Support team is the best route to take for this request though. 👍
