Suspension
I went to go play Madden 23 and I couldn't because it said I was on a permanently suspension for cheating my game will get hot and shut off it isn't a big that helps me cheat it's been happening for ...

If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact the ToS team:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
- Fill out any additional details
- Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the + sign.
- Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
Suspension/Sanction related inquires are not handled over Answers HQ
