Ted Hendricks Redux secondary position doesn't work

The secondary position shows just a blank page. The PU shows normal secondary position LOLB. So it should work with the Redux as well.

    Hey Everyone,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I was able to work with our Madden Live Service Team to investigate the matter of Ted Hendricks. The LTD and the Series Redux should have had the secondary positions. This was not the case. After further investigation, the issue was identified and fixed today. Also Mohammed Lewis and Troy Vincent were two other players identified with this similar issue.

    If you happen to see other issues like this, please feel free to tag me in this thread and I will be more than happy to pass along.

    @variwari747 Please know that I fully understand the player frustration when it comes to things like this. You as a player have every right to feel the way you feel when you are 1) not getting the information you need and 2) are getting misinformation. However, I also believe whether it is in this industry or any industry that we should find ways to respectfully share our frustrations without deeming others. @EA_Blueberry is not responsible for only Madden, but all the other Sports games on these EA Forums so he has to understand many products and try to understand their intricacies. That isn't an easy gig. He does know a lot about MUT, but for this specific situation, he may have not had all the details. He was simply trying to help and I have to respect it when others are just trying to help. In the end, myself and folks like @EA_Blueberry want our players to have the best experience possible.Are we perfect, hell no! LOL! Trust me, I know I am not. You can ask my wife; however, we all try our very best to help out our players when possible based on the information provided and what we control.

    Thank you for understanding and please know that I totally understand the frustration and I agree with you that you are warranted in having this frustration.

@EA_KRAELO  I know that you are trying to help, I enjoy you on GMM every day. But you need to understand my frustration with the support EA is offering. Alone on this issue I contacted the support, the forum and EA verified moderator on reddit. Each time I got the same obvious wrong answer,  and two out of the three tried to blame me. 

I shouldn't have said that @EA_Blueberry is lying, but if he knew anything about mut, he wouldn't have given such a obvious wrong answer. I even gave all the info you need to know. Ledgend Redux>slot for secondary position is there, but not working.

9/10 times if I use the EA support I have to explain the problem for a hour, because most guys don't have a clue, and reed off of their script. Worst thing is that I feel every time I contact EA, it's a waste of time, and I almost never get a satisfying answer.

It's just a frustrating experience all around

    @EA_KRAELO this is all I wanted. Acknowledge that there is a problem, and try to find a solution.
    I don't mind if you guys take your time to answer. But in the end , I'm looking for an answer that is helpful. If this would have happened to someone, with no knowledge about mut, they would have accepted it and the problem would have had no solution. 

    Long story short, @EA_Blueberry I'm sorry. But please take your time, to gather all the infos you need, in order to help us.

    @variwari747 Anytime man! Trust me when I tell you this that I really get the frustrations and I want to do what is best for our players within my control. If I could fix every issue in our games by myself, I would do it. LOL!

    Again, sorry about the misinformation and I will continue to work with people like @EA_Blueberry to get him the answers for you guys in the Answers HQ Forums.
