@EA_Blueberry When will this be addressed? It has been one month.

Also, we are all still awaiting your response as to why Neo’s was able to be fixed within two hours but now they can’t fix it for everyone else. It just seems like they could fix it on a case by case basis but are just choosing not to. I am also upset that EA support openly told me that she could fix it for me but was “worried” that if and when it is fixed by the developers I could end up getting two packs. Seems like confused priorities to me...

@spartansfan805 I’ve asked EA blueberry community “manager” at least 5 times how long it will take. The “community manager” is non-responsive. It took EA just 2 hours to fix it for guid neo. For the rest of it is one month and still “working on it”.....
