Re: [The Yard] Some of our services could not be accessed. Please try again.

Whenever I try to access my profile or to play the yard, it says an error occurred and says some services are not accessible. And when I try to play Face of the Franchise it won't let me change body type for any position and gives me a default avatar that I have no way to change. I'm playing on pc through steam if that helps.

    so this is what comes up when I try to access my madden profile from the main screen (click down on the right stick)

    Is there anything i can do to fix this? I’ve had this message pop up every single time i try to get into the yard

    Whenever I try to load into madden it says unable to access services. I have no idea why. If its a ban message why haven't I got an email and I don't have anything in my ban history its weird.

    Hi, everyone.

    Sorry to hear some of your are getting this error. If you are still getting this message "Some of our services could not be accessed. Please try again." can you let us know if re-installing the game, clearing the cache for your game, and rebooting your network has any positive effect in getting you back in without the error?

    @EA_Blueberry I’ve uninstalled/ reinstalled, restored the license to the game, deleted the save files, restarted my network and restarted my console and I’m still have the same issue (PS5)

    Where in the game are you getting this error message?

    @spartan9509 Do you have an external hard drive or other devices plugged into your PS5? I'm worried about files located on both or some type of hardware conflicting. Likely not, but just want to cross this off the list of troubleshooting.

    I have the exact same problem. I was getting the "Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this time. Please try again later. Please help" error for the first few days. That error then went away and has been replaced by this exact situation. I'm on PC, AntiHeroATX. 

    Anytime I try to access the store, the yard, face of the franchise (changing the body type), any time I try to access my profile in game. All of these give the Some of our services could not be accessed. Please try again. 

    Is this related the to original "Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this time. Please try again later. Please help" issue and they just changed the error message we are getting. Chat help has been no help at all. I've gone through all the network connectivity and application exception steps. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, and reinstalled with the same issue. 

    I can access my linked profile on Madden Mobile, but not in the regular game.

    I am playing on PS5. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game 3 times, as well as resetting my internet connection, hard resetting and soft resetting the console, but this issue has not resolved after two weeks.

    I love how I was sent to this thread for an answer on my problem from the Help Twitter and there seems to be no answer. I’m on Xbox Series X and this is happening as well

  • For anyone here I’ve cleared my reserved space and it gave me progress on XBOX Series X it gave me the prompt and screen to create my character but I was not allowed to actually edit. I’m going to keep trying to delete the reserve cache to make sure it’ll work

    @EA_Blueberry I have the same issue on Xbox One. EA help on twitter made me do the troubleshooting. Still does not work. Cant test today with the game stuck on the physique screen

    @EA_Blueberryif I can get around the physique selection. With turning Wi-Fi off and then turning it back on at main screen. Mine either does the loading icon or it pops up with the message these people are having.

    I am having a similar issue. I can only see franchise and championship series. I have reset the PS4, reset the internet, and power cycled. How can I fix this?

    Did that ever fix itself? i am having the same issues now but all my friends are on the game just fine.
