My solution was to remove the remix players Plaxico Burress and Demaryius Thomas. They also seem to mess up my AP players as some players like Quadfather don't show up in the eligible AP list when I have them in the lineup. 

You'll like have to see what new players you have that may not be programmed completely in the system that is causing the conflict.
