Yehh, Im in Australia man. Iv also tried deleting the file and re installing it with the EA Access hub app it doesn't work just makes you start the Superbowl 50 game again.
EA don't help either iv called multiple times and they reside to the same saying again and again. "it must be your console as our servers are fine" "Xbox are dealing with issues and some of their servers are down". STOP MAKING EXCUSES because your servers have been bad since you got them.
Other EA games work fine on their servers, titles such as Madden NFL 15 and Battlefield Hardline. Come on EA get your * together.
Ill let youse know if anything happens or i find out anything we can do from our end.
Yeah it seems like we are the only 3 people dealing with this issue but when game launches there will be mobs complaining if it isn't fixed by then. I'm pretty pissed because I purchased the super deluxe edition and the only mode I play is ultimate team and i can't even play. They better get it fixed before launch or issue refunds. I tried the re-install like you did with no luck. By the way I'm in Okinawa, Japan so it isn't just Australia dealing with these issues. I will do the same and let you guys know if I find a workaround. The few of us working on this have to stick together!
Had a fair few mates with the same issue. Some of them get in no problems. Don't worry we are all trying to harass EA to fix it so its not just us 3.

- What I don't get is that madden 15 works fine and 16 can't connect. Is there another way to complain to EA besides on here just so I can add to the list of angry customers to hopefully speed up the process?
Aussie here and i got the same problem. I wasted at least an hour of the trial on checking and trying to log in.
