Re: Unable to load Download Community Files

- file type & author you're attempt to download: various community files: playbooks, sliders, rosters, etc.
- Are you able to download other files? On Madden 22? No. Other PSN? Yes. My internet is fine, it's Madden that has the issue
- What error do you get: the connection to the server has been lost. Check your internet setting and try again.
- When was the last time you attempted to download a file? (Date + Time) 12/21/21 12:55 PM Eastern.
Please help. Issue has persisted for days at least. Almost hilariously bad how simple this is and how long it's taken EA to take any action
