Re: Verification Required But No Puzzle to Solve

Summarize your bug The prompt for verification pops up but does not load a puzzle.  It says "Sorry, your device or network doesn't support loading the Enforcement Challenge.  Visit https://help.ea.com/en/madden/ for more information."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Ultimate Team and wait for the Verification Required prompt to appear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The prompt appears but the puzzle does not appear
What do you expect to see? The puzzle.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB

On pc, there is a verification puzzle for madden 21 MUT, but the puzzle does not show up. I have spent too many hours on the MUT for it to all of a sudden not let me play.

No.  I have searched through the forums, and the only way to play the game again is to delete the temp directory.

This is a temporary fix--not a solution, as the issue comes back, and you have to delete the temp directory again.

This issue is still open.

Hey @midgman8421, 

If deleting the temp directory helps for a time, I'm wondering if this might actually be an issue with the Origin client's cached data. When you have the chance can you try clearing out the client cache to see if that helps at all? For more details on how to do so check out the EA Help website.
