@Devmister44 Been dealing with this forever, just found the fix. You have to refund all x-factors and abilities in the power up before trying to refund the card back to your item binder. Note REFUND not remove. Should work like a charm.

    Thank you @el_gucki4311. Woodson crashes my UT but I used the way you described and I was able to fully downgrade Ware. Whenever the opportunity to refund was present I chose it. I started on the bottom of my upgrade screen and worked my way up. Good luck to all!
