Thanks for the help but all my settings are set to adult mode so it can't be that! Everything is allowed and nothing blocked!

That error message has a couple of variations, can you post the full error message exactly as you see it please?

So if your parental controls are set correctly and you have an active XBL Gold Subscription then check the following post from the Madden 16 board:
- That does not work either. It is December 2016 and this issue still has yet to be resolved. I have a Xbox live gold membership and I have the xbox settings configured for adult use. Also, I have tried different combinations of restarting the Xbox, signing out of xbox live, and ejecting the Madden disc. I even verified my EA account via email. What else can I try? I have a college degree from a school of engineering yet I can't figure this out. I don't think EA knows how to really solve this issue. That link is of a different context. What about your customers that want to play online? That post is from the perspective of a confused individual who didn't want to play online. Something really needs to be done about this. Such a shame.
