re: Xbox One Madden 15

My Madden 15 on Xbox  One will not allow me to play any online games.  Connection is great and active because I can play other games.  Each time I attempt to play  an online game, whether its with a friend or random opponent, it will say "game session no longer available"?  Please help!  Mack!

I used to play MUT 15 online all the time on 360 but then I got the xbox one with the downloadable game. Ever since then I haven't been able to play online or start a h2h. Each time I got to MUT h2h the screen says "searching for opponent" then after a few seconds ot says "this game session is no longer available" Ive waited months to see if this problem would fix itself then weeks trying to figure out how to fix it. Everything was normal on the 360 but seems like Im having trouble with the xbox one version. If anyone has any idea on how to fiz this please help me

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button.

Also, try power cycling your router.

I have tried this a couple of times today but still no progress. Madden 15 is the only game im having this problem with but it is the version that came with the xbox one. Normally I buy my games on disc so Im wondering if it is a problem with the digital version
  • It may be an issue with your gamertag. I would say try to create another one and then go online to see if the same thing happens on that account. That will tell you if it's an account issue or something network related.
