I have tried this a couple of times today but still no progress. Madden 15 is the only game im having this problem with but it is the version that came with the xbox one. Normally I buy my games on disc so Im wondering if it is a problem with the digital version
It may be an issue with your gamertag. I would say try to create another one and then go online to see if the same thing happens on that account. That will tell you if it's an account issue or something network related.
