Received ban, Ban reversed, Ban Reinstated but ToS say it’s still a case?

    @SHY_B_MOVIN 

    The Terms of Service team are the only ones who can overturn a ban and as you have already appealed correctly, you do not need to do anything right now.

    If it turns out the ban is not overturned, you can appeal again in the same way. 

    Contacting support/customer service will not help in overturning any action we may have taken.

Hi Barry, 

thank you for responding and being so helpful! It’s just been a confusing few weeks now and I really just want to catch up on all the content I’ve missed out on. I’m sure you understand how I’m feeling in this ordeal. 


So to be totally clear, I should wait for another response or I should try to contest the decision I’ve been sent yesterday morning?
