Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)?
Which Sets are you trying to complete?
List of players/items being used for the set?
Where were the items first obtained?
Have you upgraded any of the players?

@EA_Illium How long are we expected to wait on an update? It's been over 3 months since your last response, and this case has been open longer than that. Why doesn't EA care about our issues?
