Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)?
Which Sets are you trying to complete?
List of players/items being used for the set?
Where were the items first obtained?
Have you upgraded any of the players?
@EA_Illium This is still an issue and we've not even been acknowledged since December. This is unacceptable and I would like all the money I've spent on this broken game returned to me. None of thie issues I've tried to get assistance on have been addressed, and being ignored is frustrating.

Yep, still an ongoing issue, even with newly released sets in the game. They just don't care about fixing it.
