@EA_Illium I still have the issue with both the TD and MF sets. I just removed three 90 OVR players from my lineup, cleared their abilities and put them in sets for the 92 OVR Tyreek Hill. I have attached 3 images. I also got the "ghost image" but that was posted earlier so I didn't repeat it. 1) the 3 players in my binder as shown when I first open the set 2) after I've selected the three players and there are 3 green check boxes beside their name 3) the "cannot process your request" error message when I cleck redeem All other modes and mechanics work fine. I've tried swapping the lvl 90's but I only have one other so am limited.

EA claims this isn't an issue and hasn't heard from anyone.I've given up on EA support - they are not only terrible, they are useless and haven't solved a single problem.I have 15 minutes of videos showing this.

Especially for the NMS players as it seems like there is always on going issues with broken sets and rewards not being granted after being earned. I have contacted EA Help various times this month and I am just getting the same answers that "the team is looking into it" but I have yet to be compensated for the below issues and rewards. Where else do we need to go in order to get these issues fixed and corrected. Why do we even have to go through multiple support methods to attempt to be made right?The people that missed exp and items MUST be reimbursed. If that means you must give EVERYONE the items/exp because you cannot figure out who is owed or it would take to much work, then you do it.These are not difficult concepts to grasp. Anyone serious about customer relations and retention could explain why this is something you should WANT to do proactively. We should not have to badger you and have the media write constant articles on the poor state of them game to get things addressed.I think we have been beyond patient. Why are the executives refusing to provide the team the appropriate ( required ) resources to get this done? Some of these issues are months old, even day one issues.Who is responsible for this? Who thinks it is okay to not provide what players have earned? There is a name and I think we should know. The CEO is ultimately responsible so I guess that is who we report to the media and the NFL has created the culture at the company that sees this as acceptable?

@EA_Illium This is still an issue and we've not even been acknowledged since December. This is unacceptable and I would like all the money I've spent on this broken game returned to me. None of thie issues I've tried to get assistance on have been addressed, and being ignored is frustrating.

I am experiencing this error as well when trying to claim the 99 Mahomes set.

the only fix I have found it that you trade the cards to your friend and they trade them back to you, or if you and your friend both have an issue with the same cards you can just trade them card for card and it seems to fix it. Unfortunately, if it is a BND card I cannot find a fix which is very unfortunate because I cannot do the MCS set for woolen.

I'm having the same issue trying to redeem the George Pickens Wildcard set on pc along with the GG. Vol. 2 player. I've even sold my original turn in cards on the auction house and bought others to try and see if that fixed it, to no avail. Come on EA, we all have way too much time and money invested in this game for this type of issue to not be addressed.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I gave up months ago. The cards from the sets I was having problems with would be worthless by now in any case.
