Redeeming various sets error "Our Servers Cannot process your request"

@EA_Illium I still have the issue with both the TD and MF sets. I just removed three 90 OVR players from my lineup, cleared their abilities and put them in sets for the 92 OVR Tyreek Hill. I have attached 3 images. I also got the "ghost image" but that was posted earlier so I didn't repeat it.

1) the 3 players in my binder as shown when I first open the set

2) after I've selected the three players and there are 3 green check boxes beside their name

3) the "cannot process your request" error message when I cleck redeem

All other modes and mechanics work fine. I've tried swapping the lvl 90's but I only have one other so am limited.

    the only fix I have found it that you trade the cards to your friend and they trade them back to you, or if you and your friend both have an issue with the same cards you can just trade them card for card and it seems to fix it. Unfortunately, if it is a BND card I cannot find a fix which is very unfortunate because I cannot do the MCS set for woolen.

    Still wiating on updates. How can we get some actual help? Does anyone care we've been sold a broken product? 

  • I'm having the same issue trying to redeem the George Pickens Wildcard set on pc along with the GG. Vol. 2 player. I've even sold my original turn in cards on the auction house and bought others to try and see if that fixed it, to no avail. Come on EA, we all have way too much time and money invested in this game for this type of issue to not be addressed.

    If you are still running into this same error when trying to complete a set, can you please reply with the following info? 

    • Which set is giving you the error? 
    • If it happens when you try to submit a specific item to a set, which item is giving you trouble?

    I can’t speak for anyone else, but I gave up months ago. The cards from the sets I was having problems with would be worthless by now in any case.
