Was removed from the rank leaderboards or a glitch happened? For no reason?

Well on the series X, a lot of my opponents get disconnected. I have great internet 500mbps +.
but it fixed itself after a few weeks, still top 300 rank. Not sure why it glitched like that!

Community ManagerMy ranking disappeared last week and has not come back. I was ranked 2,500. Then my game disconnected and my rank is now gone. Please help!!
i got disconnected a few times & got 3 penalty losses because the game froze, can i work back to leaderboard or am I removed for good
