@BigPandaE did you already try to repair your game (i.e. right-clicking on the game in Origin and selecting "repair")? if a file is not installed correctly resulting in your bug, repairing the game hopefully will solve your issue.

My second guess (but it is just a shot in the dark. I do not know whether it is really helpful but that's what I would try): did you already try to empty/delete the cache? the game stores some (user-specific) information there to speed up loading processes. if something corrupted is saved there, maybe it causes this issue for you? how to do it: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and one more guess (again not sure, whether it is really helpful): sometimes there is something corrupted stored in the background of a lineup. creating a new lineup (e.g. using the "generate best OVR") might be helpful if your issue is really related to the lineup (although it is often not clear why some bugs should be related to a lineup but doing that solved a lot of issues for many players). if this approach works for you, you could rebuild your current lineup afterwards again, if you want to.
