Server crash when inserting strategy card into team affinity slot

I cannot complete my Theme Team because every time I try to input the team affinity strategy card, the “server cannot process your request at this time.” Happens with legendary team affinity strat card, coach card, and stadium card. Also, playbooks I own do not show up as available when I try to swap one for another. 
Using on XBox One, Madden 23.  
please help!
