Ever since I got Madden 20 when it first came out, I have been unable to play it at all. Literally every single time I go on the game I get the same message, “The EA servers are not available at this time, please try again later”. This has been going on for 2 months, and I’m absolutely sick of it.

Community ManagerA wired connection is where you plug an Ethernet cable directly from your router to the Xbox. I know for a lot of players it might not be possible because of where the console/tv location is and the router being too far away, but if it's possible to move the Xbox to the router just to test and see if it could be WiFi related that helps narrow down the root cause.
