Settings/opening scene

Whenever I open or log on to madden it makes me redo my settings and replay the opening scene. I have to do this everytime I play another game or open madden.

    I contacted customer service and they told me how to fix it. If you have offline leagues you'll lose them, so I guess be careful. Press the menu button and click on manage game. On the right of the screen you should see your gamer tag on a file. Click on it and you want to delete it from everywhere. Then launch the game again, then after that point when you launch the game in the future you should not have any issues. I should have noted in the beginning I have an Xbox one and sorry for not using more technical jargon, lol.

    Playing xbox one. Since Monday, everytime I log in its like i never played before. I have to accept the license agreement, play the superbowl, pick my favorite team, pick my difficulty level, adjust my settings. My MUT team and franchises are on the server so I can access them, but my local stuff no dice. I even tried reinstalling. Please help.

    Okay so my problem started last night, when I tried playing Madden and for some reason it made me accept the terms and conditions agreement, made me update my tuning data and roster even though it was already up to date, and put me through that SB 50 game between the Steelers & Cardinals. I had to go through all the introductions, and then I realized none of my saved stuff worked anymore. I played another game and then a while later it did again, and put me through the process of the terms and conditions and so on, then every time I tried to play Madden it kept repeating the same thing and nothing ever saves, and now my connected franchise save is broken too. I've tried uninstaling and re-installing already and that did nothing. Please help ☹️

    Im having this exact problem but when you posted this by menu button you mean home button right? Because this is something I really want to figure out.
