My solo battle wouldn't let me play my 13th game. After the 12th game it said pending game results and took me to the screen that appears when you finish all the games. It never gave me the option to play the last game.
Was playing solo battles and as I was about to play the last battle, a prompt came up saying event no longer existed. I got kicked out of Ultimate team but not out of ea servers. I went back in and this is was I see. I can not play the last and 13th solo battle yet it shows I only attempted and played 12. Any help? Ea has not helped yet again

Summarize your bug Clicked on the 4th solo battle opponent released today, 10/16/2020. A prompt came up saying the event no longer was available and kicked me out of MUT. When I go back into MUT it does not give me the option to play the last opponent anymore and on the ranking, it shows I played 12 and won 12 battles.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix it so I can battle the last opponent or a 13th opponent, extra rewards or grant rewards for top 100 since that's what I will loose out on.
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow me to play the last opponent in solo battles
What do you expect to see? Compensation beyond rewards or ability to play the last opponent

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make sure this does not happen. Reopen the last solo battle. Give rewards for missing teirs such as top 100 in my case.
What happens when the bug occurs? occured and kicked me out. Now it only shows "My rank" and "top 100" but it does not show opponent select to let me play the 4th opponent that came out today
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the options to play the last opponent or a 13th total team I am able to play this week, extra rewards, or else rewards for top 100 which i am sitting in currently, but will be just outside probably because I will have 1 less game than everyone else

Summarize your bug Two weeks in a row now I will finish my second to last Solo Battles for the week, I will head back to the Solo Battles menu and the game will say pending results and kick me back to the main menu. When I click on Solo Battles it will show I have 0 games remaining. This is very frustrating because I have now missed out on Legend rewards because it won't let me play my final game. I only need 15,611 score to achieve Legend but the game screwed me out of it AGAIN.

I only get to play 12 solo battles and the 13th one which should be available to play for the next 2 days isn't available. My score is finalized after just 12 games. There is still 2 days to play the challenge and I am stuck at 12 games.

This is the second time in a month where I cannot use my MUT team in solo battle. I believe the issue happened after the 10/23/20 opponent refresh/and Most Feared update. Out of the four teams from Friday update, I received two DNFs after beating the opponent on second to hardest while having to endure using the Chicago Bears line up. I had to have 88 and 87 OVR team using the Chicago Bears roster and squeaked out two wins and receiving two 2 DNFs. I was able to use my team on the two lower tiered teams. The two DNFs brought me down from MVP to Allstar.
I am in intermediate player and does not compete for the top 100. The issue has caused some missing rewards (redzone, midfield, 33S2 trophies, coins credit) while missing weekend league again.
I would like a response as this issue has happened to me a couple of weeks back and this time, I was handed two DNFs for winning in second to hardest difficulty with the Chicago Bears roster.

Community ManagerIf there is a DNF the 13th game will not be available. If you were on XB1 and impacted by the Chicago Bears game with a DNF, the team sent out a make-good.

This is the third time since the game came out that I have had this problem. I JUST (say 12:10 AM EST on 11/22) finished Game #12 in Solo Battles & was at 243k points and received the SAME Pending Results screen, with no opportunity to play the last game. I have noticed this only seems to happen if, in the last game, you have a chance to jump rank (not sure if that plays a role). @EA_Blueberry I know this isn't the first time you are hearing this, but any reason why this seems to continue to be a constant issue? And would the possibility of people being close to ranking possibly have anything to do with it?

Same issue every other week. If not that then winning a game just to get dnf error upon final load screen. Its happened no matter if using wifi or ethernet cable. I spent lots of cash in this game in the past. I refuse to spend anymore until this issue is either fixed or they come up with a way to log and compensate people for an error thats obviously on their end.
one of the big problems of madden are the dnf`s. the game doesnt kick you immediately out if you have a small hickup with the connection to the ea-servers, regardless of whether from ea-side or from the player side. if there is only for a tenth of a second a disconnect to the servers during a game we will receive the dnf after the game.
