DNF's have nothing to with not being able to play the last game (Unless DNF's from 3 weeks ago, glitched out acc's to not be able to finish randomly). Did you look at my tweet? It shows the video on the issue.
1) I had a DNF 3 weeks ago, but still couldn't play the last game.
2) This issue has happend the last 2 out of 3 weeks, making me lose 1.2m+ Coins. The issue the solo battles close themselves and you can't access them.
The tweet shows the issue. You can't even play the last game, it's an in-game issue that lots of people have experienced, I linked the muthead thread as well, showing all the users with the same issue.
Community ManagerNot this week (Yet). It only happens on the 13th game, you finish 12 games and the 13th game disappears. The scores register as "0" user skill bonus when it's about to happen. Also, are they any compensation for users who are affected? I've lost 1.2m+ in rewards due to this issue (Including provided both tweets of video of the issue) It's be on-going for 3 weeks, and have removed me from being top 10 both weeks to legend rewards (1.2m in difference of rewards).
But in simple to reproduce these steps:
- The 13th game gates and shuts the solo battles down
- Scores register as 0 across the board when it's about to happen
This has been an on-going issue, the muthead post will show other users having the same issue, along with the replies to my tweet of the users with the issue. Thank you for acknowledging this issue, and assisting, just hope we can get some type of compensation for the issue, along with a fix. Because we spend 30+ hours in 2 weeks grinding top solo battles, to only get legendary and lost 1.2m+ is a big loss in Ultimate Team.
Just happened to me too..my gamertag is Dreamthief1 I was averaging 26000 after 12 games. Complete BS. Makes me wanna just stop! Woulda been top 25..
This is about to happen to me mine have been showing zero since last week and last week when I hit 250k battle score the last game disappeared and I'm somehow not qualified for weekend league either lmao
2nd time in 3 weeks that im not be able to play the 13th game. @EA where is the fix for this?
I’ve had the same issue the last couple weeks as well. Very frustrating knowing you spend the time to grind these solos to earn coins and trophies, and you end up getting cheated out of them because there’s an issue. Please fix this. It’s definitely an issue with the game and not a connectivity issue.
this has happened to me as well on xbox one. 6k short of the 250k goal. Pissed.
It happened to me last night as well. The boss battle is what glitches mine out. I had 3 of the last 4 done in the most recent opponents. Played the boss team and then it locked me out. Finished at 239k instead of 250k. Very frustrating as I had exactly one game left to play that would have put me over 250k.
In my experience it's the boss team that is glitching me out. Happened last week too.
The week before that I got locked out from playing anymore as soon as I got about 250k.

On PC. This would be the 5th DNF I have encountered in last two months. After winning second opponent; won game 38-7. Game played nominal. Completed game with DNF. In regards to the other 4 DNFs; no make rights...
I don't complete for the top 100 and play in MVP. Usually a loss or a DNF drops me to All-Pro. Again 5th DNF in last two months.
