Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing solo Battles its not letting me play this weeks last match
What happens when the bug occurs? It only shows leaderboards when matches should still be available
What do you expect to see? My solo battles or conpensated for my top 100 reward i wouldve earned other wise

Here is another report of the same issue that I and many others have been facing. At this point I think you have more than enough evidence that the issue is on your side and not ours. Our 13th solo battle needs to be opened up immediately and if its not there needs to be significant compensation for folks like myself. Not a couple midfield packs or something. I was on track for a top 25 finish. That is about 500k coins worth of rewards when you consider the 85+ overall player, 4 TD packs, 2 RZ packs, 2 MF packs, 160,000 coins, and 120 trophies. Now instead I'll be getting just over 120k in coins with 44k coins, 2 MF packs, 2 RZ packs, and 60 trophies.
Either my solo needs to be opened back up, or I need at least 300-400k coins worth of make right rewards as compensation for this week. The same needs to be done for all the others who have reported on this problem. Some of them need even more than I do, because it has happened to them for MULTIPLE weeks, not just this one. If not, I promise you that I and many others will begin abandoning this game. You can't treat customers like this and expect them to stick around. This issue has been going on for nearly a month, man.
Based on my contacts with e.a they know the issue is on their end but they refuse to do anything I think its just a way to keep on top the players they want in the top 100 because this only seems to affect me when in in the right spot for top 100 never when I mess up or will not make top 100 e.a knows what they are doing and avoid letting me speak to management on the issue and refuse to get back to me ive been on road to top 25 3 weeks in a row with the issue occurring last week it locked me out of the 12th and 13th solo battle even tho just allowing me to play the 12th wouldve landed me in 79th placed so thus my theory mentioned above
I don't think that's it. It has been affecting Chiefs as well and he is consistently in contention for the #1 spot in solo battles. I'm not sure why its happening, but I don't think it is on purpose
I was not aware it has been happening to any top streaming or madden earner but regardless it has been pushed to the side like it doesn't matter so yeah I dont know where to proceed from here
I agree this has cost us all several hundred thousand coins
