Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

  • Platform you play on (PS4/XB1/PC) : xb1
  • Confirm completed games you played in Solo Battles this week : 12 games
  • Screenshot of your Solo Battles screen with the team you are unable to play : 89 IRANIPASSIWIN
  • Description (or video if possible) of what is happening when you select the 13th game : cant really remember exactly what happend. when i try to start the last game nothing happend. then the game selection screen closes and the next screen says i have finished all my games. then i can not more select anything in the solo battles screen. only can see the sum of points i made and the rank ive reached.

Received word the Solo Battles for this week should be working as intended and those preciously experiencing issues that was reported in this thread should have access to all games. Please keep me updated on this thread throughout the week to confirm you're able to access the 13th game.

    Blueberry do you have any word on whether or not those of us who experienced issues will be given make rights for our trouble?

    replace should by must !!!!! Come on EA don’t you play your own games???? If you do you’ll know this answer is not enough!

    @EA_Blueberry , @EA_KRAELO 

    • The glitch wasn't even acknowledged in any GMM stream. 
    • The last 3 weeks, the glitch has been completely "Random" some have been able to finish, some haven't. Myself, 2 out of the last 3 weeks, I couldn't finish (Losing 1.2m+ in rewards), but this past week (Assuming because I played all my games Friday) it let me finish. 
    • Are they any make rights? We wasted absurd amounts of hours grinding these solo battles to lose out on rewards due to your error. 
    • What if the glitch happens this week as well? That would be almost 1.8m in rewards lost, are you just gonna say the same thing?

      Why is the glitched pushed to the side? We appreciate your efforts in helping us communicate with a team that would never even acknowledge a glitch. But what about making it right? You guys gave a midfield/redzone pack to users for missing "One" game, we just wasted 2 entire weeks because of your glitch... I just don't understand how this isn't discussed w/make rights for the absurd amount of hours wasted to get caught up in a loop glitch...

      Just a heads up. I have been moving for the last 3 weeks and handling some personal matters so I have been unable to respond to your question. @EA_Blueberry has already reached out to the studio to see if they can investigate this issue as it seems to be an account specific issue. Unfortunately, we will not acknowledge a specific account related issue on GMM. The goal of GMM is really to update on overall issues impacting all of our players.

      We need to understand why the issue is happening first before we can discuss make-rights and any additional steps. If the glitch happens again for you this week, please let us know. This information will be helpful. The goal will be to make sure we address the problem with your specific account as this is not happening to all players at this time.

        For other players impacted in this thread. I have sent the thread over to some engineers to see if they can take a look as well. No promises on when someone can look at this; however, I am asking folks to take a look at the information in these threads to see what steps would need to be taken. Thanks for your patience.

        Again, seeing that most players are not having this issue at this time, this could be a specific account type of issue. I know we want all this information shared on GMM, but we can't always do that until we full investigate the matter. The goal right now should be to find out why this is happening to a very small number of users while it is not happening to all other players.

    Happened to me today 13th game was the promo game and I was averaging exactly 26000..gamertag is Dreamthief1..didn’t let me play the game, just disappeared!!
