Just a heads up. I have been moving for the last 3 weeks and handling some personal matters so I have been unable to respond to your question. @EA_Blueberry has already reached out to the studio to see if they can investigate this issue as it seems to be an account specific issue. Unfortunately, we will not acknowledge a specific account related issue on GMM. The goal of GMM is really to update on overall issues impacting all of our players.
We need to understand why the issue is happening first before we can discuss make-rights and any additional steps. If the glitch happens again for you this week, please let us know. This information will be helpful. The goal will be to make sure we address the problem with your specific account as this is not happening to all players at this time.

EA Staff (Retired)For other players impacted in this thread. I have sent the thread over to some engineers to see if they can take a look as well. No promises on when someone can look at this; however, I am asking folks to take a look at the information in these threads to see what steps would need to be taken. Thanks for your patience.
Again, seeing that most players are not having this issue at this time, this could be a specific account type of issue. I know we want all this information shared on GMM, but we can't always do that until we full investigate the matter. The goal right now should be to find out why this is happening to a very small number of users while it is not happening to all other players.
