Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

I'm going to get these details sent up to the team you've been relaying here, I'm really sorry you're being impacted. 

This is what we'll need:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (PS4/XB1/PC)
  • Confirm completed games you played in Solo Battles this week
  • Screenshot of your Solo Battles screen with the team you are unable to play
  • Description (or video if possible) of what is happening when you select the 13th game

Please reply back with the above info so we can swing it up to the team for review.

  • I completed 12 games for this week and have a current score of 312,656. The game that disappeared for me was the featured opponent. I believe it was an 89 overall Dr. Jankenstein team this week. I have also noticed these featured opponents are not giving the boosted score they were before the debacle that started all of this mess. That was the Dolphins team that made you play with your favorite team instead of your MUT team.

  • I have no idea how to put in a screenshot and by the time I learn it will already be next weeks Solo Battles cycle, which I don't even know if it's worth to waste 10+ more hours to have my rewards stolen from me. This is the SECOND time this has happened.Costing me over a million in coins. I am averaging 26,054 per game, which typically puts me in the top 25.This needs to be fixed and compensation needs to be sent to those that put this amount of time into your broken mode. I don't play H2H because of the headaches. Now, I'm close to not playing your game at all due to the continual mishaps.

  • Again, no idea how to upload video. It will not let me select the 13th game at all. It asks as if there are no games left when I complete the 12th game. There is no option available for the featured opponent for this week. It disappeared after I finished the 12th. This is highly frustrating and even more so when we reach out to EA"help" and they say it's a connectivity issue. This is far from a connectivity issue, it's an issue on your end. This needs to be addressed.
