This just happened to me again. This time it was the featured opponent and I was on pace for top 10 rewards. I get top 25 weekly and this is a major time sink. I am getting tired of my time being wasted and devalued by your company. This may be the final nail in the coffin for me in regards to your game. I cannot continue to waste 10+ hours each week to continue to have rewards taken out of my hand due to your incompetence. I am now in a similar boat as The KcChiefs22 as I have lost out on at least a million + in coin rewards. This cannot continue to happen. Compensation needs to be dished out as this is absolutely unacceptable.

Summarize your bug The 13th game of the week is disappearing once we complete the 12th game. In previous weeks, saving the featured opponent has allowed me to play all games. That was not the case this week as it disappeared once I completed the final game. It appears that some are able to play all games if they get them completed by Friday. That is extremely hard to do as each game takes upwards of an hour to complete when we are going for top 100 rewards. This has now happened to me twice. Both times I would have been in the top 10. That is over a million in coins that are being taken from me. This is unacceptable. EA“help” believes it’s a connectivity issue. This is so far from the truth, but then again look who is providing the analysis. I have wasted over 20 hours playing this mode and my earned rewards are taken from me. That is not counting the amount of hours I have tried to get the matter resolved through EAHelp. This is a major issue that needs to be resolved. This didn’t start happening until we had that Dolphins fiasco a few weeks back. It appears that those who played that game are being adversely affected. So now I have spent 10+ hours this week to receive rewards that would have taken me 2 ½ to get. Fix the problem and compensate your customers that have been affected by your continual mishaps. Mistakes happen, we get that. But once mistakes happen, you take responsibility and do the right thing. Here’s your chance.

What happens when the bug occurs? You can't play the last solo battles game, therefore losing your rewards. A controller gets thrown, I scream at my wits end, and then I scramble angrily to Twitter and let my furious fingertips express their deepest emotions. I then tell myself that I am done with Madden/EA only to realize that I have fallen under your spell once more when Monday rolls around. I then get the correct rewards for a few weeks and realize my temper got the best of me. BUT WAIT! A few weeks pass and I am on a roll again, top 10 is in sight. I am especially glad because I had to have scored over 26,200 on my 12th game for this week. I eagerly end the game to see the dreaded 25 coin quicksell and no featured opponent available. It is at this moment that I begin to see myself in that cooky feller from Split. Is this descriptive enough?
What do you expect to see? I expect to see you take responsibility for your mishaps and do the right thing and give all of us that have been affected our rightfully earned rewards. Here’s a quarter for your wishing well.

While this issue did not effect me for the last 2 weeks, I know it has lost me over 1.2m+ in rewards, and still could effect me going forward till a solution is found. I still have concerns for the solo battle community, while we're not getting much communication from the team or even acknowledged on their social media/GMM stream as having an issue when we spend countless hours grinding.
This is an on-going issue, with users providing time / dates of being affected by the issue. What I do not understand is to why I don't have a formal reply as to why a tweet isn't issued directing them to this thread or an on-going thread to resolve the issue. Regardless if it affects one player, or multiple players a tweet directing users who doesn't understand where to go for this issue is extremely helpful in any situation. Not posting a tweet, really looks like we're not an important enough issue for this to be resolved in a timely manner.
My concerns:
- As long as this issue continues to go on, users and I mean A LOT of users are losing absurd amounts of coins / rewards week in and week out.
- We have 0 answers from the team on a timely manner in which this will be resolved.
- How many people lose rewards until you guys finally realize this is an in-game ongoing issue, and regardless if it effects "Certain" accounts week in and week out, it's still an issue effecting 100's of your player base who spend countless hours on your platform grinding leader boards for rewards.
- This issue occurred after the DNF game issue 3 to 4 weeks ago, when the issue first began.
- You will continue to get reply after reply because A) The situation isn't resolve, and B) Users need to be directed here, VIA tweet, social media contact. You guys have the tools to contact users to help us get a solution.
I appreciate your teams effort's into responding to us in assistance with escalating the issue, but can we get updates from the team? Can whoever is working on this issue, acknowledge solo battles is broken and needs to be fixed?

As of right now, I should be number 6 for the week on PS4. My average of 26,054 per game would have put me right behind KCChiefs. I am looking forward to hearing how you plan on making this up to your customers that have brought this issue to your attention for weeks now. Enough is enough, it's time for you community managers to take action and do what is right.

I didn't have an issue this week and finished 10th (PSN is USMbaseball). While I'm grateful that I didn't run into this issue, I'm still extremely concerned about future weeks and others experiencing this issue. dolfndude apparently had the glitch happen to him this week as well, and he could have challenged for #1.
Something that I've been wondering: Has there been a dramatic decrease in the average score threshold for top 100 since this glitch has been happening? I seem to recall it taking at LEAST 330k-333k points in order to crack top 100 before this glitch, and now people are making it with 327k. I think that proves this issue is real and that it is affecting a LOT more players than we initially thought. A 3-6k drop in the top 100 threshold is freaking massive.

I have patiently waited for a response from either of you about the issues plaguing solo battles. We haven't heard from one of the community managers since Friday, yet this popular thread continues to have in depth responses outlining the issues that are wrong with this game mode. I find the lack of responses from you highly frustrating. Some have even provided video for you to pass along to the appropriate team, yet we receive no communication on what is going to be done. I understand some matters can be hard to deal with, this seems to be one, but you risk even more dissatisfaction when you remain silent. Use your voice and communicate with us!
At this point, I would prefer to have solo battles taken down and fixed rather than wasting 10+ hours again to find that the 13th game has been taken away from me along with my rightful rewards. This seems like the logical solution, but it appears you want to continue to ignore your customers. I can't say I am surprised after my multiple dealings with EA"help,"but again, I am highly frustrated with your lack of attention and care for our time. As I skim through this thread, I recognize a number of top 1-25 players on PS4. Your lack of attention to this matter shows your lack of care for your devoted customers. Why would we continue to support a product that continues to steal our EARNED rewards? As others have said, I will continue to respond to this thread, and others, until the rightful action takes place. Start listening to your customers and take action on this pressing matter.
