I have patiently waited for a response from either of you about the issues plaguing solo battles. We haven't heard from one of the community managers since Friday, yet this popular thread continues to have in depth responses outlining the issues that are wrong with this game mode. I find the lack of responses from you highly frustrating. Some have even provided video for you to pass along to the appropriate team, yet we receive no communication on what is going to be done. I understand some matters can be hard to deal with, this seems to be one, but you risk even more dissatisfaction when you remain silent. Use your voice and communicate with us!
At this point, I would prefer to have solo battles taken down and fixed rather than wasting 10+ hours again to find that the 13th game has been taken away from me along with my rightful rewards. This seems like the logical solution, but it appears you want to continue to ignore your customers. I can't say I am surprised after my multiple dealings with EA"help,"but again, I am highly frustrated with your lack of attention and care for our time. As I skim through this thread, I recognize a number of top 1-25 players on PS4. Your lack of attention to this matter shows your lack of care for your devoted customers. Why would we continue to support a product that continues to steal our EARNED rewards? As others have said, I will continue to respond to this thread, and others, until the rightful action takes place. Start listening to your customers and take action on this pressing matter.
Thanks for the continued feedback. We have a group of engineers looking into the issue and still investigating logs. Once we have more updates, we will let players know next steps.

I have to admit, you have mastered the art of the cookie-cutter response. I have no idea how much time is needed for your engineers, but the amount of information we have supplied should suffice. Look at the the current PS4 leaderboards. KCChiefs, USMBaseball, and myself (Brande-monium) are sitting in the top 5 spots currently. This is what a normal week looks like until we hit the dreaded 13th game. I guess we'll play Russian Roulette again this week and see which one, or two, of us drops off to the bug that has been brought to your attention for weeks now.
I have noticed another issue with your featured opponent each week. We are supposed to receive a battle score boost for the featured opponent, which can be seen in the attached picture labeled SB111120-1. Once we get into that game, the score is not boosted for Legend as it remains at 21,600. This can be seen in the attachment labeled SB111120-2. Before the whole fiasco that started this, the Dolphins game where we played as our favorite team rather than our Ultimate Team, the boosted score would always show as 22,000 for the featured opponent on Legend difficulty. I have no idea if this attributes to the weekly mishaps, but it could be brought up to your team to look at further.
I apologize if I am coming across as aggressive through my responses, but you have to understand how frustrating this is to us. We spend countless hours of our time to make top 10. When those rewards are taken out of our hand due to a mishap on your end, it gets highly irritating. Some of us have missed out on top 10 rewards more than once. That cannot continue happen as that is millions of coins lost due to your errors. It's also countless hours of our lives devalued by your company. I would honestly prefer if your engineers completely shut down the mode and fixed the issue rather than this bug taking away my EARNED rewards for a third time.

@Hurykain just a little aggressive; however, I totally understand the frustration from a player perspective. Unfortunately, there is only so much I can do since I do not code the game or make content on my end. I simply do my best to work with our studio teams, developers and engineers to provide them the information for them to investigate and troubleshoot. I am in a work Slack channel at this time watching the daily dialogue on the issue and I will be honest, this isn't something very easy to get "root cause analysis" due to the nature of the issue. Personally, I am learning a lot about how the game reporting is working on the backend systems, and let's just say it is a bit complicated. Teams are engaged and working on the issue. Hopefully once they resolve the problem, we can start looking at the next step and that is to determine what can be done for players impacted.
I know you may not feel that we are not doing anything, but please be assured that 1) our teams are working on the issue, and 2) I am monitoring the situation with @EA_Blueberry. Again, please keep in mind, I cannot control what our engineers do or how fast they work on a situation. I do not work on those teams and neither do those individuals work for me. All I can do is partner with them to see if we can get the proper support for our players in diagnosing an issue, resolving it, and then working with our Customer Care teams to take care of players impacted.

@EA_KRAELO Just wanted to say, thanks for acknowledging this issue, you and @EA_Blueberry . Regardless of the outcome, I just hope the issue is fixed. You guys do a great job reaching out to the community, even though it can be extremely frustrating. I will say though, if compensation is possible, please reach out to the teams that are over that. Solo battle players, including myself have lost 30+ hours of rewards due to this issue. Knocking us out of top 10 rewards to legend is a 1.2m+ difference with 2 weeks getting glitched. I will say, if it's not possible and solo battles is fixed, I just appreciate you guys even acknowledging the issue, and continuing to work with us to get a resolution. Just please, keep in mind the grind that went into being on those leader boards.
