Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

@TheKcChiefs22 thanks for the patience and understanding. Trust me, the frustration and anger from our players on this issue is warranted. I know that anger isn't aimed at those that want to help, but when we don't have control over an issue and it is impacting us and we aren't getting the results we expect, anger is warranted.

We will keep driving this issue to resolution on our end. There are enough players on this thread that are impacted. Hopefully once this is resolved, we can start working with Customer Care and @EA_Blueberry to put together a plan on how to take care of players impacted.

    Feel free to have the individuals impacted provide the following and we can pass along to the engineers:

    • Date/Time of the Issue (Provide Time Zone) --> 11/13/20  10:30am EST
    • GT/PSN ID and console (if on PC - PC Origin ID) --> PS4 PSN: FratxDaddy
    • Video of the issue (video is always helpful) --> Didn't capture video since I wasn't aware this was going to happen.

    Same thing happened to me:

    • Date/Time of the Issue (Provide Time Zone) --> 11/13/20  11:30am PST
    • GT/PSN ID and console (if on PC - PC Origin ID) --> PS4 PSN: chickenshark
    • Video of the issue (video is always helpful) --> Have pictures, although it's along the same lines as everyone else's issues.
