EA Staff (Retired)@Hurykain just a little aggressive; however, I totally understand the frustration from a player perspective. Unfortunately, there is only so much I can do since I do not code the game or make content on my end. I simply do my best to work with our studio teams, developers and engineers to provide them the information for them to investigate and troubleshoot. I am in a work Slack channel at this time watching the daily dialogue on the issue and I will be honest, this isn't something very easy to get "root cause analysis" due to the nature of the issue. Personally, I am learning a lot about how the game reporting is working on the backend systems, and let's just say it is a bit complicated. Teams are engaged and working on the issue. Hopefully once they resolve the problem, we can start looking at the next step and that is to determine what can be done for players impacted.
I know you may not feel that we are not doing anything, but please be assured that 1) our teams are working on the issue, and 2) I am monitoring the situation with @EA_Blueberry. Again, please keep in mind, I cannot control what our engineers do or how fast they work on a situation. I do not work on those teams and neither do those individuals work for me. All I can do is partner with them to see if we can get the proper support for our players in diagnosing an issue, resolving it, and then working with our Customer Care teams to take care of players impacted.

The 13th game disappearing glitch happened to me as well. Definitely getting kicked out of top 100 because of this but would’ve been in if I got to play. This is the 2nd time I’ve had this happen since starting solo challenges 3 weeks ago. Bye bye extra 250k or so that I count on. Bye bye hours that I spent playing this week. There seems to be a correlation that if you achieve legendary then it takes away that last game. But I also achieved legendary after game 10.
Try it for yourselves. Get 250k and see what happens after game 12 and before game 13. So after the Monday and Wednesday games are played, you can still see your 4 opponents and your score. Why make the Friday games disappear after finishing? A solution could be to keep those game up no matter what so that we can scroll and play.
Happened to me today. 2nd time in last 4 weeks. This game is so buggy.

Won't help. After the 12th game I received "This event is unavailable" message. Game number 13 was visible at the time, but when I clicked on it, it also said "this event is unavailable".
I'm on PC, so there's tiny hope that 297k will be enough for me to stay in the top-100, especially since I'm not the only one affected by that glitch. 2 weeks ago I stayed right at the 100th place with 295k. Without glitch I always make the top-50.
I noticed the glitch occurred after the game number 10 (first game in Friday's batch), when I got a post-game message stating "+0 BTS". That moment I knew I got screwed over and I will be stripped of the 13th game.
Wild guess: maybe the glitch somehow connected to the amount of games you played recently? I remember in one of the older FIFAs there was a glitch of that sort.
Over the last 2 days I've played around 60 games online. +tons of solo challenges
As for EA Help - they're simply remarkable. One advisor appeared to be stoned and his advise was basically "better luck next week". While the other one chose to blatantly lie by saying that the issue would be fixed in a matter of hours.
