@EA_KRAELO "Hopefully once they resolve the problem, we can start looking at the next step and that is to determine what can be done for players impacted."

I think looking what can be done for players impacted should be the first step. I can easily say that you won't fix the issue until Madden 22. But you could help people now. Grant them an average amount of Battle points they earn per game, for the game they missed.

As for EA Help - they're simply remarkable. One advisor appeared to be stoned and his advise was basically "better luck next week". While the other one chose to blatantly lie by saying that the issue would be fixed in a matter of hours.
