Good news, the team is currently in the processing of testing a fix and it looks promising. Will share more soon!
I am really going to try to limit my anger in this post, no promises though. This thread continues to grow with evidence of this issue that is plaguing solo battles. Fortunately, this has not happened to me for the past two weeks. Yet here I am asking for you to have your team shut this mode down. I do not understand why we are spreading false hope about testing a fix. How about we actually take action and shut Solo Battles down to ensure this bug does not happen again? This whole band-aid method your team carries out does not work! It simply creates a backlog of issues. I would rather forgo this weeks top 10-25 rewards than risk wasting my time on this mode for the third time! You have a customer who was dead set on #1 rewards get cheated out of them by this glitch. You have multiple players, me included, who have had their rightful top 10 rewards STOLEN from them by this bug. For the life of me, I do not understand how this game mode is still up. That is terrible business sense. You are destroying one of your most loyal fan bases morale by keeping this mode up! Is that not enough to consider taking Solo Battles down until there is a fix? I am also impatiently waiting for that update you said you would share "soon." I do not know about you guys, but not hearing about this update for close to a week is not soon.

I also had this happen last week and this week.

Hey, MUT fans.
I hope you all had a great weekend both playing Madden and outside of the game. Just a quick update on the status of this:
The team has successfully figured out the cause and is planning to push a fix via a title update in the near future. This item was highly prioritized, however as much as they wanted to get it immediately addressed for you now, doing so may also increase the risk of additional issues popping up without proper testing, thus you may need to hang in there for just a bit longer until the title update which includes this is released. Again, we sincerely apologize for the impact this has had on your ability to progress your Ultimate Team, but we can't thank you enough for coming here to express your feedback and provide us the account details which were critical in finding the initial cause. Without taking time out to post here, it's possible this could have continued beyond even further.
I completely understand why many of you are expressing your frustration here, both from a customer and competitive player's standpoint with rewards. I don't have any details to share right now on any pursuit of compensation, if we hear anything on whether the engineers were able to isolate accounts that were impacted we'll let you know.
