Solo Battles Glitch (Not allowed to play last game) 3+ weeks issue.

Summarize your bug Solo Battles for the last 3 weeks have not let us finish the 13th game. The solo battles, closes, I have an active tweet showing the issue with solo battles, with the exact issue and what it's doing. (Please do not reply to this thread and say it's a "Connectivity" issue, if you watch the tweet you'll see it's clearly not a connectivity issue.) It's an in-game issue on your end. I have lost over 1.2m+ in coin rewards due to not being able to play the last game. Why? Because it knocks me from Top 10 rewards to 'Legend rewards" which is a 600k+ difference each WEEK. EA Has yet to respond to anything, a midfield/redzone pack isn't good enough for users who have spent 30+ hours grinding for these last 3 weeks to get kicked off leaderboards due to an in-game error.

    Couldn't play my 13th game... two weeks in a row says pending rewards after game 12

    If there is a DNF the 13th game will not be available. If you were on XB1 and impacted by the Chicago Bears game with a DNF, the team sent out a make-good.

    I'm seeing reports of PC players also experiencing this too and recently alerted the team about it.

    Hey, Solo Battle players.

    Your concerns have been raised up to the team and we'll update this thread as soon as we find out more details around this. There were reports of players on Xbox One experiencing DNFs for the Chicago Bears game which resulted in compensation sent out to them.

    Do you all remember if it was the Chicago Bears challenge you were selecting when the generic teams were showing up? 

    To avoid any confusion, if a DNF occurs the 13th game will not be available.

    @EA_Blueberry I only played 10 games. I missed the Chicago Bears game with the DNF because of the glitch. In addition to that the game glitched and said I was finished when I had 2 games left. A in total I’m missing 3 games which kept me from getting legend rewards

    @JrRellek Did you play your games throughout the week though?

    If you don't play your first 4 games on Mon-Wed, those games will count as losses. The next batch is Wed-Fri, then Fri-Sun. You have to complete the batch of games within each time-frame or else they'll count as losses.

    In each of the last 4 weeks I've had at least one of my solo battles games give me the wrong team and give me a DNF win or loss.

    Hi @EA_Blueberry 

    Please do not neglect PC users as well. I received DNFs for grinding a win (not allowed to use my MUT team) while being 'forced' to play with the Chicago Bears line up. The incident happened after the Friday Most Feared update...

    Please help.

    The exact issue happened to me again today. Completed the Giants and Gnomes game, finished up and got booted to the main menu screen. Playing on PC.
