Solo Battles Not Playable

Product: Madden NFL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One X

Date/time issue occurred Oct 3 2022 all day
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Only could play the featured solo game. No other opponents are viewable and I can only see the solo leaderboards.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into solo battles and try to see opponents other than featured opponent.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only see solo battles leaderboard.
What do you expect to see? Expect to see 4 opponents that I can face.

Solo battles opponents not displaying past the featured opponent.  I can only play featured opponent.  I can only see solo battles leaderboard when I go into solo battles.

    Same problem on PS5 digital edition. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to encourage us to not play the game. Sad.

    @cas5028 Add me to the list, I covered my specific details in another thread with multiple "me too" posts, so this is a known issue and needs to be fixed! I'm so close to earning the 89 OVR player before the bi-weekly Compete Field Pass resets on the 10th!!

    With me the same problem occurs (xBox Series S) could only end a game after that was then immediately closed! A few minutes ago I thought it would be okay because again an opponent was displayed, but bad luck it disappeared again and only my rank and the leaderboard could be displayed and that now since yesterday!

    Yea seems like leaderboards some people have it's working again and some not. 

    Yesterday top player only had 2 games played. Now it's 9 and many others are able to play today.

    Maybe there working on it slowly.

    But this game is terrible with bugs in every game mode. 

    Results from work at home and lazy from COVID ?? 

    Little effort is put in many new games

    It seems like every other week there is something wrong with solo battles and/or the competitive field pass. I was unable to get Cortland Sutton last time and now I'm stuck at 17 again. This is getting extremely frustrating. I don't find it fun getting destroyed every time I play so I don't play h2h.

    Yep. I see some people on leaderboard with 9 games but still down for me.  Tried with a ton of other people to get some acknowledgement about them being down on GMM this morning but all the comments were ignored.  Kraelo at least use to comment on issues when a third of comments were about solo battles but TJ just ghosted the issue.  All he had to say was team knows about it and is working on it.  So I am guessing EA has a muzzle on him about issues they have not specifically given to him to address.
