It has been 3 weeks now and I have not been able to play a single solo battle. You continue to cost us multiple rewards and yet here you are touting this new field pass that we still can't even access. You have hardly even addressed this situation outside of the basic generic our team is aware and is working on it. How was it you were able to continue to try to push out new content yet can't fix something so basic on your game? So many of us have paid hundreds of dollars for this game and content. Why does EA insist on letting it be acceptable to have such a broken product? We are missing our rewards and we want resolution asap. You're diligence has been nonexistent. Release after release continues to be broken or delayed and the content such a solo battles that have been a part of mut for years is the worst I've ever seen it. Fix our solo battle issue and rectify the situation by going back and giving us the previous rewards that we should have been able to earn.
