Squad Seasons Rewards Not Claiming

This Happened to me too but a lil different. I play on series x and regular xbox i got to my superbowl. Played my superbowl on the regular xbox because my friends don’t have a series x. We won my superbowl in a hard fought victory 34-32 last second field goal. When game ended got nothing but a midfield pack but that was from competitive challenge pass and still kept saying i had to win another game to get my superbowl when it already said i won. Played another game with my friends and lost then restarted my progress instead of restarting my progress after i won the superbowl. EA Please help get my rewards i have pics for proof
