Started Franchise with the Raiders two players should be on IR

I can't believe how more people aren't complaining about this.  I started a franchise game with the Raiders and two of the players have season ending injuries but it is impossible to put them on IR.  Also, it sure would have been helpful if the guys at EA had mentioned that you can only create save points if you are playing the damn game in Offline mode.   Madden used to be the best game for consoles, and now, it's just always a huge disappointment.
