I have completed all the mut starter team and Joe burrow challenges but it will not give me any rewards or show the missions as complete. I got all the stars possible but nothing to show for it. Can anyone help figure out what to do to get my rewards?

Summarize your bug Every time I just go into MUT the game wants me to complete the starter missions where you get joe burrow & the starter team but I have already completed it. The game shows it as completed as well so it dosent give me an option to play again as it is all grayed out. It allows me to scroll through the 3 starter missions with no option to play & it won’t let me leave from there as I can’t get into the menu for MUT to do play a game or go to the auction and I already have a whole team with 900k but I can’t get past the starter mission menu. My friend tried inviting me to a MUT squads game & it was able to join and it showed my whole team. From there I tried to back out and see if it would take me to the lobby and it gave me a message saying “you do not have access to this category” and put me back into the joe burrow starter missions. I have tried every trouble shooting problem and contacted ea & Xbox. When I talked to ea they said it was a problem on Xbox’s side & when I talked to xbox they said it was a problem on ea’s side.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It started happening when I had to change my ea account to a different email because one of my family members who started playing madden, somehow got connected to my old ea account so I unlinked my account to another email. Once I did that I was able to play a game of MUT online and then did Superstar KO with friends and once I went back into MUT the problem started happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s only in the MUT mode it happens in but it seems like it thinks I haven’t done it on my ea account and madden but my Xbox account has it completed so I think that’s where it’s bugged.
What do you expect to see? Like anyone just starting madden and going into MUT, they have to complete the joe burrow mission to be able to move on to the menu of MUT. But for me it shows it’s completed but dosent give me an option to advance any further or even play the mission again.

I got reset from level 23 to level 1 and have "Start your ultimate team" objectives saying they need to be completed still even though Ive had access to the game for 3 days, done it and have played a ton. I went to bed last night level 23, woke up level 1 and cannot get pass the objectives list. All of them already say they are completed so I cannot complete the again to advance in Ultimate team. All 3 objectives have been completed and state they have been but says I mist complete them before I can access Madden Ultimate Team. My coins, Ovr and training are all correct, but cannot get around this. Its like I just booted up MUT for the first time and need to complete the starting objectives.
i am also having the same issue and it just looks like this, ive even gone as far as uninstalling my game and reinstalling it to see if that was the issue and that didnt even work. i play mut competitively and i feel like this is putting me behind. keep us updated please
